May News 2019 - Siera Group

May News 2019

Too Important to Ignore.

Despite where your allegiances may lie in terms of political parties, one thing is for sure the property industry seems to be in agreement that the election result on the 18th of May came as a complete surprise, and breathed some fresh air and optimism into a somewhat subdued property market.

Over the last 12-18 months there is no denying that we have seen a cooling off in the Brisbane market. However with the recent election result, the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) looking to remove the 7% serviceability requirement, and an imminent interest rate cut, there is certainly a buzz in the air.

What does all of this mean? Well, for Siera Group it is business as usual. We are excited to see a renewed confidence and optimism from our suppliers and contractors, through to our agents and buyers, and look forward to our potential buyers having easier access to finance. We also look forward to seeing some steady growth in property values across the board.

Warm regards,

Brent Thompson

These four amazing townhouses are coming soon to Renton Street, Camp Hill.

May 2019 has been an epic month for our Team at Aspekt. The civil works, retaining walls, and concrete slabs have all been completed. This means our Team have been able to complete the ground floor blockwork and waterproofing.

Over the next month the structural steel will be installed, and the ground floor framing and first floor framing will all be well underway.

With our marketing material almost complete we will be able to share with you in the very near future the finishes and selections we have made for these incredible homes.

To see the construction update we did earlier this month, check out the video below.
The Terraces on Ellis

We are full steam ahead on our Ellis Street, Stones Corner project.

Once complete there will be three impressive newly renovated character homes available, and nine, two & three level townhouses sitting quietly behind them.

The renovations on the three existing houses are well underway, with  framing now complete and plastering well underway.

Onsite this week for the townhouses we’ve completed the ground floor slab pour, which means we can move onto block work and framing early next month.

Keep an eye out in the next couple of weeks for our next construction update, things are happening quickly here and we are proud to share our progress with you.

White Haven on Edmond

We are so pleased to report that White Haven on Edmond is completely SOLD OUT, and all six townhouses have now settled.

White Haven on Edmond was an important project for us and we truly believe we’ve added value to the wider Carina community by creating something different and inspiring with our design.
Vista on the Green

Vista on the Green is now also completely SOLD OUT.

Our new owners of Townhouse 7 & 10 are very excited to be moving into their new homes in the coming month.

Vista on the Green has been a great journey, we have really raised the benchmark for Townhouses in Greenslopes with this project and as we suspected  we have a great mix of residents from First Home Buyers, a couple of investors through to some Downsizers which means we where able to provide a level of quality that met various markets and budgets which is a testament to the design, finishes and overall quality of the project.
